摘要
网络技术的发展给教育生态系统带来新的变化,新变化要求教师以新角色来适应新的生态位,发挥相应的作用,以保持该系统的平衡。在网络教育生态系统中有三个基本要素:教师、技术与学生;教师和学生通过技术建立联系,并产生互动。在该系统中,教师拥有不可或缺的地位,与学生亦师亦友,发挥着学业指导和心理疏导的作用。本研究运用生态位理论来探索网络教学中英语教师的意义,为网络教育教学提供了新视角。
The rapid development of the Internet technologies has changed the ecosystem of online education. The teachers have to play new roles in order to adapt to the new environment and keep the balance of the ecosystem of online education. Three basic components constitute the ecosystem of online education -- teachers, technology and students. In this system, the teachers contact the students through technology and the three components accrete and influence one another. The teachers are indispensable, guiding the students in study and mental growth as "guiders" and "friends". This study makes use of the bring some enlightment to E ecological niche theory to explore the teacher's functions in e-learning, which is hoped to nglish online education.
