摘要
目的优选肉桂挥发油的提取工艺条件。方法以挥发油提取量为考察指标,选用挥发油提取器加二甲苯提取挥发油,以浸泡时间(A)、加水量(B)、提取时间(D)为考察因素,用L9(3^4)正交试验进行优选。结果优选工艺为:药材加6倍量的水浸泡1h,蒸馏提取4h。结论提取的肉桂挥发油计量准确,优选的肉桂挥发油提取工艺合理,为制剂工艺研究提供了科学依据。
Objective To optimize the technological condition of the extraction for volatile oil from Cortx Cinnamomi. Methods The volatile oil quantity extracted was regarded as the inspection index and the L9 ( 3^4 ) orthogonal design experiment was carried out, in which the volatile oil extraction device with xylene were used and soaking time( A), amount of water(B) and extraction time(D) were considered. Result The optimum extraction process was that the medicinal material was soaked for 1 hour with 6 times amount of water and then was extracted for 4 hours by distillation. Conclusion The volatile oil from Cortx Cinnamomi extracted was accurate. The optimum technological condition was reasonable. It provides a reference for the pharmaceutical technology.
