摘要
目的:优选雄芍颗粒中挥发油的最佳提取条件。方法:采用正交试验法,以挥发油提取量为考察指标,以浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间为考察因素,优选挥发油提取工艺。结果:挥发油最佳提取条件为:加12倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,提取时间9 h。结论:优化得到的挥发油提取工艺简单、稳定、可行。
Objective:To optimize extraction process of volatile oil in Xiongshao granules.Methods:Orthogonal design was adopted and extraction volume of volatile oil was taken as index in observation.The influential factors included time of immersion,volume of water,time of distillation were selected as variable factors.Results:The optimum extraction conditions of volatile oil in Xiongshao granules were as follows:water for 12 times the quantity of medicinal materials in extract process,dipping for half an hour,extracting for 9 hours.Conclusion:This method is steady,feasible and reproducible.
