摘要
灸法能防病保健,温经散寒,扶阳固脱,消瘀散结,引热外行。国内外研究普遍认为经络腧穴与艾灸物理化学作用的有机结合,产生了灸法的"综合效应"。对上述研究进展作以综述,并提出对灸法研究的一些见解。
Moxibustion has great efficacy, such as disease prevention and health protection, warming meridians to dissipate cold, recuperating depleted Yang, removing blood stasis and resolving hard lump, leading heat out of the body, etc. It is generally believed in domestic and foreign researches that meridians and acupeints combined with physical and chemical effects of moxibustion result in a ＂comprehensive moxibustion effect. ＂ A review of mechanism research of moxibustion is given; furthermore, some suggestions for the researches are also proposed.
