摘要
目的研究艾草(Artemisia argyi Levl.et Van)中倍半萜类化学成分。方法采用乙醇对艾草进行冷浸提取,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取,采用薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱等技术对艾草乙酸乙酯层的化学成分进行分离、纯化,并根据理化性质与波谱数据特征对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从艾草的乙酸乙酯层分离出15个化合物,分别鉴定为epi-baynol A(1)、菊花内酯Ⅰ(chrysanthemulide I,2)、achillinin C(3)、4-[3,3-二甲基-2-(3-氧丁基)环丁基]戊-4-烯酸(4-[3,3-dimethyl-2-(3-oxobutyl)cyclobutyl]pent-4-enoic acid,4)、冬青醇(ilicic alcohol,5)、tanaphillin(6)、3-methoxy-tanapartholide(7)、11,13-dehydrodesacetylmatricarin(8)、artecalin(9)、chloroklotzchin(10)、artemisianin A(11)、isotanciloide(12)、脱氢母芥素A(dehydromatricarin A,13)、argyin C(14)、argyin A(15)。结论其中化合物1~5为首次从蒿属植物中分离得到,且首次公布了化合物1的新构型。
To study the sesquiterpenoids in Artemisia argyi Levl.et Van,fifteen sesquiterpenoids were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods.The structures of the compounds were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral data as epi-baynol A(1),chrysanthemulide I(2),achillinin C(3),4-[3,3-dimethyl-2-(3-oxobutyl)cyclobutyl]pent-4-enoic acid(4),ilicic alcohol(5),tanaphillin(6),3-methoxy-tanapartholide(7),11,13-dehydrodesacetylmatricarin(8),artecalin(9),chloroklotzchin(10),artemisianin A(11),isotanciloide(12),dehydromatricarin A(13),argyin C(14)and argyin A(15).Compounds 1-5 were isolated from Artemisia for the first time,and the configuration of compound 1 was confirmed for the first time.
