摘要
目的:通过临床随机对照研究,对银质针温针灸配合理筋手法综合治疗腰椎管狭窄症进行疗效评估和量化评价。方法:将120例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用银质针温针灸次髎为主配毫针温灸常规取穴加理筋手法治疗,对照组采用塞来昔布加甲钴胺治疗,比较两组治疗前后疗效和功能障碍指数量表(ODI)、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)的差异。结果:采用意向性治疗分析,治疗组有效率为86.66%,对照组为70%,两组组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组ODI和VAS评分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间各时相点ODI和VAS分值变化比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在不同时相的ODI和VAS评分变化趋势不同,治疗组的ODI和VAS评分下降趋势快速。结论:银质针温针灸结合理筋手法综合疗法能明显改善腰椎管狭窄症的症状。
Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of temperature acupuncture by silver needle combined with manipulation comprehensive treatment for degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods：All 120 cases with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in treatment group were treated with temperature acupuncture by silver needle at Ciliao point combined with manipulation, and the patients in control group were received celecoxib and mecobalamin oral. The dysfunction index scale （ODI）, visual analog pain scale （VAS） were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results：The effective rate was 86.66% and 70% in treatment group and control group respectively （P〈0.05）. The ODI and VAS were significant difference be- tween the two groups （P〈0.05） and at different time phases （P〈0.05）. The change trends of ODI and VAS were significant difference between the two groups at different time phases, and the treatment group decreased rapidly. Conclusion.. Temperature acupuncture by silver needle combined with manipulation comprehensive is effective for treating degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.
