摘要
目的:应用数据挖掘技术探究现代针灸对治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的取经用穴规律。方法:采取主题词与自由词结合检索方法,以"后循环缺血""针灸""针刺"为主要关键检索词,在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)和万方期刊数据库(Wanfang Data)进行检索并根据制定的标准筛查和提取处方,以Excel 2003软件建立针灸治疗后循环缺血性眩晕处方数据库,运用频数分析、关联分析和聚类分析技术,分析针灸治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的选穴规律。结果:输穴使用频次排名前5的为:风池、百会、内关、足三里和太冲;经脉使用频次由高到低依次为:督脉、足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经及任脉;取穴部位以头面部和颈项部选取最多;特定穴频次由高到低依次为交会穴、五输穴、络穴、原穴和八脉交会穴;关联与聚类分析发现了以"风池-百会"为中心的主穴与配穴群集。结论:通过数据挖掘发现针灸治疗后循环缺血性眩晕存在一定规律,临床用穴较为广泛,但许多高频输穴、核心关联组合与聚类集群可直接配伍组成相关针刺处方,为临床应用提供参考。
Objective:In order to explore the regularity of meridian point selection of modern acupuncture and moxibustion for postcirculatory ischemic vertigo by using data mining technology.Methods:With the combination of subject words and free words,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)、Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals(VIP)and WanFang Database(WanFang Data)were searched,which is based on the key words of“Posterior circulation ischemia”,“acupuncture”and“needling”.Screening and extracting prescription according to established standards,used Excel 2003 software to set up the database about acupuncture therapy on Posterior circulation ischemia and frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the acupoint selection rule of acupuncture for Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Results:The most frequently used acupoints were Fengchi(GB20),Baihui(GV20),Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36)and Taichong(LR3),and the frequency of meridians use were as follows:Governor Vessel,Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian,Foot Sun Bladder Meridian,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian and Conception Vessel.Most of the selected points were in the head,face and neck;the frequency of specific acupoints in turn was Jiaohui(Jiaohui),Wujiao(Wujiao),Luoyuan(original)and eight-pulse Jiaohui(BJ),and the cluster of main acupoints and matching acupoints with“Fengchi-Baihui”as the center was found by correlation and cluster analysis.Conclusion:Through data mining technology,it is found that there is a certain rule of acupuncture for Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.The clinical use of acupoints is widespread,but many high-frequency acupoints,core association combination and cluster,which can be directly compatible with the composition of related acupuncture prescriptions for the clinical application of reference and guidance.
