摘要
从全国医学院校院校研究的现状可以看出,院校研究机构设置少、层次低,师生对这种研究认知度低、认可度低。这种现象的出现除学科限制外,还有研究主动性不高的原因。在这样的特殊背景下,医学院校发展院校研究的路径应从正确认识院校研究对医学院校发展的意义开始,到建设好专门的院校研究机构,明确医学院校当前研究的重点,从而发挥院校研究在其发展、变革中的有益作用。
From the present situation of institutional research in the medical colleges, it has obviously been found out that the number of organizational establishment is limited and the level of research is low, and the degree of cognition and approval on it is lower. This phenomenon is resulted from the low initiative except for the restricted discipline. On this specific background, the first job that medical colleges should be faced is to understand the significance of the development to medical colleges, build an actively research organization, then make the key point of recto-rent research in institutional research in the medical colleges, to play the great effect on it＇ s development and transformation.
