摘要
学校突发事件及其应对具有与一般公共突发事件不同的特点与类型,因此有关其应急管理机制的研究应当以此为基础。当前中国的学校突发事件应急机制远不完善,解决问题的关键在于完善学校应急管理的多元协作应对机制、学校网络舆情与突发事件信息传递机制、学校应急预案的编制与管理机制、学生心理支持与干预机制和学校突发事件问责机制,并最终推动这些机制走向法治化。
School emergencies are of special nature and type,therefore the resolution of this kind of emergencies have to be based on these features.The current emergency mechanism has some problems,so we should ameliorate this mechanism from the following aspects: plural form of collaboration,public opinion on the Internet and the transfer of information of emergencies,plan making for Emergencies,psychological support and intervention mechanism for students,accountability of school emergencies etc.The amelioration of school emergency mechanism will be ultimately presented by legitimatizing all of these applicable mechanisms for tackling the emergencies in schools.
