摘要
综述了木低聚糖的研究进展。迄今为止,制备木低聚糖的方法主要有以下四种:(1)酸水解法;(2)热水抽提法(包括蒸汽爆破法);(3)生物酶降解法,包括间歇和连续两种生产方式;(4)微波降解法。
This paper reviewed the advance in studies on xylo - oligosaccharide preparation. There were four methods for preduction of xylo - oligosaccharides: (1 ) acid hydrolysis of xylan; (2)extraction from plants with hot wtaer(including steam explosion); (3) ensyrnaic hydrolysis; (4)degradation of xylan with microwave.
