摘要
对低聚木糖进行了简单介绍,阐述了其特性及应用方面的研究进展,并对其进行了展望。
Xylo-oligosaceharide, a kind of functional oligosaeeharide, could be used extensively in many fields, Research progress of characteristics and application of xylo-oligosaccharide was introduced in this article.
