摘要
以蒸汽爆破法预处理麦草,预处理温度分别为190℃和210℃,停留时间分别为2m in,4m in和8m in,研究了不同的预处理条件对麦草原料得率、半纤维素组分、纤维素的回收率、纤维素的酶水解得率的影响。结果表明:预处理条件的提高,汽爆原料的得率呈现下降趋势,而纤维素和半纤维素组分的溶解程度提高,酶水解得率相应提高。在温度为190℃,停留时间为2m in的预处理条件下,汽爆麦草原料的得率和纤维素的回收率最高,分别达到81.2%和58.4%;在温度为210℃,停留时间为8m in的预处理条件下,汽爆麦草原料的纤维分离程度最佳,并且纤维素的酶水解得率最高,达到73.2%。
The effects of different steam explosion pretreatment conditions (pretreatment temperature at 190 ℃ and at 210 ℃ and residence time as 2 min, 4min and 8min respectively) on total gravimetric recovery, hemicellulose compositions, cellulose recovery, yield of enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose were studied. The results indicated that total gravimetric recovery decreased while solubility of cellulose and hemicellulose and enzymatic hydrolysis yield of cellulose increased as pretreatment severity increased. Total gravimetric recovery and cellulose recovery reached the highest as 81.2 % and 58.4 % respectively at 190 ℃ with 2 min residence time. The best defiberation effects of wheat straw were achieved at 210 ℃ with 8 min residence time and enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose reached the highest as 73.2 % at the same time.
