摘要
利用MTT法检测景天属三种植物药垂盆草、佛甲草及凹叶景天的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取部位及总黄酮提取物对人肝癌细胞株HepG2、人食管癌细胞株EC109及人结肠癌细胞株SW480的体外增值抑制作用.结果表明,三种植物药的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取部位及总黄酮提取物都有显著的抗肿瘤作用,且各植物药总黄酮提取物的抗肿瘤活性最强.
The inhibitory activities of the the different extract fractions and total flavones of the 3 Sedum plant drugs on cancer cells proliferation of liver,esophageal and colon（HepG2,EC109,SW480）were tested by MTT assay.The results showed that the growth and proliferation of the 3 cancer cells were all significantly inhibited by ethyl acetate,n-butanol fractions and the total flavonoids of the 3 medicines.And the total flavonoid portions of the 3 medicines had the strongest anti-tumor activities.
