摘要
目的 :探讨佛甲草提取液对四氯化碳中毒小鼠肝损伤的保护作用机制。方法 :采用四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤 ,测定小鼠血清、肝组织中MDA含量及SOD活性。结果 :四氯化碳可使小鼠血清、肝组织MDA含量升高 ,SOD活性下降 ;佛甲草提取液明显降低四氯化碳中毒小鼠血清、肝组织MDA含量 (P <0 .0 1)及升高SOD的活性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :佛甲草提取液对四氯化碳中毒小鼠肝损伤的保护作用与其抗脂质过氧化有关。
objective:The mechanism of extractive isolated from sedum lineare thunb was observed on the preventing from hepatic injury induced by CCl 4 in mice.Method:The content of MDA and activity of SOD in mice serum and in liver tissue were assessed respectively.Result:It was showed that the extractive could marked inhibit the increasing of content of MDA and increase activities of SOD( P <0.01),respectively induced by CCl 4 in mice serum and in liver tissue.Conclusion:The extractive of sedum lineare thunb preventing from hepatic injury induced by CCl 4 is due to anti lipid peroxidation.
