摘要
[目的]观察养心脉颗粒Ⅱ方对心力衰竭(HF)模型大鼠血清AngⅡ,TNF-α,IL-6的影响。[方法]通过多因素诱导复制中医气虚血瘀大鼠模型,通过阿霉素诱导复制心衰大鼠模型。60只SD雌性大鼠,随机分为养心通脉颗粒Ⅱ方组、依那普利组、模型组及空白对照组,各15只。造模后养心通脉颗粒Ⅱ方组、依那普利组分别予养心通脉颗粒Ⅱ方、依那普利灌胃治疗,模型组、空白对照组予生理盐水灌胃。造模7周后四组均灌胃治疗4周,治疗4周事用酶联免疫法测定各组大鼠血浆AngⅡ,TNF-α,IL-6的浓度。[结果]养心通脉颗粒Ⅱ方及依那普利组与模型组相比均可有效降低心衰大鼠血清AngⅡ,TNF-α,IL-6水平(P<0.05),而养心通脉颗粒Ⅱ方组与依那普利组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]养心通脉颗粒Ⅱ方改善气虚血瘀型心衰大鼠的心功能可能是通过抑制血清AngⅡ,TNF-α,IL-6的水平而达到的。
[Objective] To observe the effect of YangXinTongMai Granules II on serum Ang Ⅱ、IL-6、TNF-α in heart failure(HF) rat model.[Methods] Prompting cloned rat model with Qi deficiency and blood stasis by composite factors then induced the rat model with heart failure by doxorubicin.60 female SD rats were randomly divided into YangXinTongMai Granules Ⅱ group,Enalapril group,model group,and control group with 15 rats in each.Then,YangXinTongMai Granules Ⅱ group were treated by injecting into stomach with YangXinTongMai Granules Ⅱ while Enalapril group were treated with Enalapril by the same method.Model group and control group were given normal saline via gastrogavage respectively.After being treated for 4 weeks,rats serum concentrations Ang Ⅱ、IL-6、TNF-α has been measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA).[Result]Compared with model group,YangXinTongMai Granules Ⅱ and Enalapril groups can reduce the rats serum level of Ang Ⅱ、IL-6、TNF-α(P0.05).There is no significant difference between YangXinTongMai Granules Ⅱ group and Enalapril group(P0.05).[Conclusion] YangXinTongMai Granules Ⅱ can promote the heart function of model rats with heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis by reducing the rats serum level of Ang Ⅱ、IL-6、TNF-α probably.
