摘要
目的了解医学生群体的心理焦虑状况及其影响因素,为开展医学院校的大学生心理卫生工作和心理咨询提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,选用Zung氏1971年编制的焦虑自评量表,调查宁夏某医科大学一~五年级本科生967名,分析医学生群体的心理焦虑水平及影响因素。结果医学生中存在心理焦虑问题的学生占28.54%;男女生心理焦虑检出率分别是32.262%和5.52%（χ2=8.51,P〈0.05）;回族和汉族学生心理焦虑检出率分别是36.32%和26.36%（χ2=8.69,P〈0.05）;大一、大三、大五学生心理焦虑检出率分别为30.73%、21.61%、36.46%,不同年级医学生焦虑检出率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.51,P〈0.05）;来自农村和城市生源的学生心理焦虑检出率分别是31.69%和22.71%（χ2=9.44,P〈0.05）。结论医学生心理焦虑状况高于一般人群,心理焦虑检出与性别、民族、年级、生源情况有关。
Objective To investigate the psychological anxiety status of medical students in order to provide the basis for the development of the medical college students mental health work and psychological counseling.Methods 985 medical college undergraduates were selected using stratified random sampling method and psychological anxiety level of medical students was analyzed by Zung＇s self-evaluation of anxiety scale（SAS）.Results The prevalence of psychological anxiety was 28.54%.The average level of psychological anxiety of male students was significantly lower than that of female students.The overall level of psychological anxiety of rural students was significantly higher than that of urban students.Conclusion There was different psychological anxiety level in medical students with different background such as family background,school education and individual motivates.
