摘要
目的研究八角莲Dysosmaverslpellis(Hance)M.Cheng.vartomentosa水溶液中抗病毒的有效成分。方法八角莲水溶液经提取分离,分得单体进行结构鉴定(UV、IR、1HNMR、EI-MS和13CNMR)及体外抗病毒试验。结果分到四个单体:Ⅰ.山奈酚-3-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖甙;Ⅱ.槲皮素-3-O-β-呋喃葡萄糖甙;Ⅲ.山奈酚;Ⅳ.苦鬼臼毒素。晶Ⅱ对HSV-1有效抑制浓度(CPEI50)为0.02μg/ml,晶Ⅲ、Ⅳ对CBV的CPEI50分别为1.90(B1.3)和3.12(B1.5).6.25(B4)μg/ml;而对HSV-1的CPEI50分别为0.03μg/ml和5.00×10-4μg/ml.结论晶Ⅱ只对HSV-1有抑制作用,而晶Ⅲ.Ⅳ对CBV和HSV-1均有显著抑制作用。
Objective To study effective constituents of antivirus from the hydrophilicfraction of Dysosma versiPellis. Methods The compounds were isolated from the hydrophi-lic fraction of Dysosma versipellis, which were characterized (through UV, IR, 1HNMR,EI - MS and 13CNMR) and determined their antivirus effect on CB1~6V and HSV - 1 virus invitro. ResuIts Four monomers were isolated: I. kaempferol - 3 - O -β - D - glucopy-ranoside, II. quercetin - 3 - O - β- D - glucofuran0side. Ⅲ. kaempferol Ⅳ. picropodophllin.The CPEI50 of II on HSV- 1 was 0.02μg/ml, the CPEI50 of III and that of IV on CBV viruswere l.90(B1,3)μg/ml and 3.12(B1.5)μg/ml,6.25(B4)μg/ml, respectively; while on HSV - 1 viruswere 0.O3μg/ml. 5.0OX 1O-4μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion Monomer II only had effectagainst HSV- 1 virus, but IIIand IV showed better activitiy to inhibit cytopathic effect ofCBV and HSV - 1 virus infection.
