摘要
目的研究窝儿七乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、重结晶、制备薄层色谱法、凝胶色谱法、RP-HPLC制备柱色谱法等手段进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行分析和结构鉴定。结果从窝儿七乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、鬼臼毒素(2)、山荷叶素(3)、4'-去甲基鬼臼毒素(4)、苦鬼臼毒素(5)、鼠李柠檬素(6)、山柰酚(7)、槲皮素(8)、鼠李素(9)和闭木花酮(10)。结论化合物6、9和10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from Diphylleia sinensis Li.. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization, TLC preparation, Sephadex LH-20 column chtomatography and RP-HPLC were used to isolate the chemical constituents of Diphylleia sinensis Li.. The chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data. Results Ten compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1), podophyllotoxin(2), diphyllin(3), 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin(4), picropodophyllin(5), rhamnocitrin(6), kaempferol(7), quercetin(8), rhamnetin(9) and cleistanone(10). Conclusion Compound 6, 9 and 10 have been isolated from genus Diphylleia for the first time.
