摘要
为定量研究雷达模块化的效益,在分析雷达模块化效益特点的基础上确立了模块化效益评价指标体系的原则。通过研究雷达模块化效益的内容,针对科研、生产、使用和维修保障4个部门,建立了14个分别属于军事效益、经济效益和技术效益3种不同形态的效益指标,构建了雷达模块化效益评价网络化指标体系。
With the analysis of the benefit characteristics of radar modularization,the principle of an index system is determined to quantify the benefit of radar modularization.Based on the contents of the benefit of radar modularization,14 benefit indexes which respectively belong to the military,economic and technical benefits and a network index system are established for the scientific research,manufacture,operation and maintenance departments.
