摘要
针对装备研制项目特性,提出了技术分解结构的概念。它以具体的技术单元为终端端点并综合了各项技术的重要度为特征。根据技术问题解决过程的具体特点,建立了非连续性技术成熟度——风险等级表。构建了基于TBS的可操作性强、简单实用的技术风险评估方法,并用于实例。描述了基于TBS的技术风险评估管理系统的构建思路及其功能。
The concept of technology breakdown structure was proposed based on the characteristics of the weapon system project in development. The technology breakdown structure was similar to the work breakdown structure, but featured in ending with concrete technology item. The technology evaluation method based on the technology breakdown structure was put forward, which proved to be an exercisable method by applying to an example. The framework of the technology risk management system based on the technology breakdown structure was built, and the function of it was described.
