摘要
分析了在当前制造全球化趋势下网络化制造系统的一些基本特征 ,介绍了网络化制造的基本概念及其解释 ,并给出一个由企业用户与网络化制造集成平台组成的网络化制造体系结构。结合当前制造业发展的趋势 ,着重提出了结合网格技术的制造网络的概念 ,描述了制造网络区别于传统Internet的一些特征。对网格技术与制造业的结合进行了研究 ,提出了构建于网格之上的制造网络的体系结构。根据制造网络的特性需求 ,提出了一种以网格技术为基础 ,建立在多代理系统协调控制框架与支撑工具基础上的制造网络的功能体系结构。
Some basic characteristics of networked manufacturing systems were analyzed in terms of the trend of global manufacturing first. The definition and explanation of networked manufacturing were introduced, and a general architecture composed by the users and the networked manufacturing integration platform was proposed. After studying the status of the development tendency in manufacturing industried, a concept of grid-based Manufacturing Network was put forward. The features and architecture of Manufacturing Network were described. Finally, a pattern based on grid and multi-agent technologies is presented for implementation and operation of Manufacturing Network system.
