摘要
教学与科研是现代大学最主要的职能和功能。"教学与科研相统一",不仅是传统大学的教育理念,而且也是现代大学的教育理念。然而,伴随现代大学组织结构的分化细化,特别是研究型大学的崛起,以及办学过程中的过度功利性,大学出现过度强化科研而淡化教学的现象,这显然是与"教学与科研相统一"的教育理念相背离的。因此,大学办学理念回归理性,即建立教学科研等效评价机制,显得更为迫切。本文侧重对教学科研等效评价机制的内涵和路径进行深入论述。
Teaching and research are the foremost role and functions of a modern university. "The coordination of teaching and research" is the educational philosophy of not only a traditional university but also a modern university. However, the differentiation and refinement of organization structure of a modern university, in particular, the spring up of research universities, and the excessive utilitarian in the course of running a school are accompanied by a phenomenon: consolidating research excessively while neglecting teaching, which deviates from the educational philosophy of "the coordination of teaching and research". Therefore, rationalizing the university educational philosophy, namely the establishing of teaching and research equivalent evaluation mechanism, appears to be more exigent. This paper discusses the intension and paths of university teaching and research equivalent evaluation mechanism.
