摘要
应用优化设计实验原理,经方差分析,确定了稀土、氟硅酸钠和硅钙合金的最佳配比,获得了一种廉价的固体渗硼剂。利用此渗剂对45钢进行650℃×6 h的低温共渗处理。通过对渗层组织观察和渗层相结构及硬度的测定,研究了渗硼层的组织性能。结果表明:共渗层呈梳齿状,钢件表面获得单相共渗层Fe2B,且具有较高的硬度。
The best ratio of rare earth,Na2SiF6 and Si-Ca alloy was determined through variance analysis using the principle of optimization design,thus,a low-cost boronizing agent was obtained.The experiment of RE-chrome-boronizing treated at 650 ℃ for 6 h on steel 45 was carried out by applying this agent.The microstructure,phrase structure and hardness of the boriding layer were also discussed.The microstructure and properties of the boriding layer were studied.The results show that the borides have sawtooth morphology,and a single phase Fe2B can be formed on the surface of the steel with high hardness.
