摘要
研究了 45钢硼 稀土 铬共渗组织和性能。结果表明 :与单渗硼层相比 ,由于共渗层中稀土和铬的存在 ,硼 稀土 铬共渗层的显微组织、显微硬度、脆性和耐磨性得到改善 ,尤其耐磨性得到显著提高。
The microstructure and properties of the B-RE-Cr coinfiltration layer for Steel 45 are investigated. The results show that comparing with mono-boronizing layer, the co-boronizing layer's microstructure, microhardness, brittleness and wear-resistance are greatly improved.
