摘要
采用一种廉价的新型固体渗硼剂对40Cr钢进行了渗硼工艺试验,研究了稀土对钢的渗硼过程、渗层组织和性能的影响,结果表明,采用该渗硼剂是可行的,稀土能提高渗硼速度和渗层的硬度,并能改善渗层的硬度分布。
Boronizing for 40Cr steel by the use of a new-type and cheap pack boronizing agent was investigated. Effect of RE on boronizing process and structure and property of the boronized layer was studied. The results revealed that the new-type boronizing agent was feasible and that RE would increase boronizing rate and hardness of the boronized layer and improve on hardness profile in the boronized layer.
