摘要
本文对Na2SiF6和KBF4在以硼铁为供硼剂的固体渗硼剂中的活化作用进行了试验研究和热力学分析。结果表明,Na2SiF6的活化作用大于KBF4。尤其在较低渗硼温度下,Na2SiF6的活化作用更加明显。这对固体渗硼剂组成的进一步改进和渗硼处理工艺的优化具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
In this paper the activations of Na 2SiF 6 and KBF 4 in pack boronizer in which boron iron was used for source of boron were investigated and analyzed on thermodynamics.The results showed that the activation of Na 2SiF 6 on pack borinizing was bigger than that of KBF 4 especially at lower temperature.This activation of Na 2SiF 6 on boronizing makes sense and value for further improvement of pack boronizer compositions and optimization of boronizing process.
