摘要
运用ANSYS建立了隔膜泵十字头有限元模型,以十字头销相对位置为变量,对隔膜泵极限工况下的十字头进行了静力学分析,对滑道和滑履的接触比压进行了计算机模拟,通过优化分析,得到了最小接触比压极值时的最优十字头销位置,为隔膜泵设计提供了依据。
Finite element model of crosshead in diaphragm pump based on ANSYS was established. Taking the relative position of crosshead pin as the variable,static stress analysis of crosshead under limit working condition was carried out. The contact specific pressure between sliding-shoe and sliding way was simulated by computer. Through optimization analysis, the best position of crosshead pin at the minimum contact specific pressure was obtained, which provides the basis for the design of diaphragm pump.
