摘要
用ICP-AES测定了7产地人参、6产地鹿茸和4产地冬虫夏草中的P、B、Zn、Fe、Cu、Na、K、Mg、Mn、Ca10种元素的含量,比较了K与Na、Ca与Mg、Zn与Cu、Fe与Mn、P与B的含量比例关系。结果表明不同产地人参、鹿茸和冬虫夏草的10种元素的5个比例值存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。此结果可用来鉴定是否为原产地人参、鹿茸及冬虫夏草。
ICP - AES was applied to the simultaneous determination of P, B, Zn, Fe, Cu, Na, K, Mg and Ca in Ginseng of seven producing areas, pilose of six producing areas and Antler,Cordyceps Sinensis of four producing areas. Proportion of K/Na, Ca/Mg, Zn/ Cu, Fe/Mn and P/B was compared with seven kinds of Ginseng, six kinds of Pilose Antler and four kinds of Cordyeeps Sinensis. By comparing, there is significant difference in elements proportion of Ginseng, Pilose Antler, Cordyceps Sinensis in difference producing areas. This result can be used to identify whether the origin of Ginseng, Pilose Antler and Cordyceps Sinensis.
