摘要
对来源于五加科人参属近缘植物人参、西洋参和三七的化学成分和药理作用进行了综合比较。三种药材在化学成分上既具有相似性又存在着差异性,因而其药理作用和临床应用上也表现出一定的相似性和区别:人参和西洋参均以滋补强壮作用见长,但人参大补元气,而西洋参偏于养阴生津;三七虽然也具有一定的补益作用,但在临床上主要表现为活血止血;对于不同的加工品种,生晒参偏于补益气阴,红参则偏于补益气阳。
The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Gin-seng,American ginseng and Notoginseng are the plants fromthe samefamily and same genus were synthetically compared.Thesethree medici-nal herbs have not only the same chemical constituents but also theirunique differences .Therefore ,the pharmacological effects andtraditionalapplications of the three herbs showed some similarities and ifferences .Both of ginseng and American ginseng havetonic andstrengthing effect ,however ,the former strongly supplies original qi ,andthe lateris good atnourishing yin and producing fluid.Although it has some tonic effect ,notoginseng mainly invigrates the circulation of blood and stops bleed-ing.For the different processing products ,dried ginsengis good at nour-ishingthe and qi ,and red ginsengis good at the yang and qi .Author’s
