摘要
对我国职业教育立法现状进行了考察,分析了我国职业教育法实施中存在的问题,阐述了我国职业教育的立法情况,指出完善我国《职业教育法》的措施。
This paper investigates the present legislation situation of China s vocational education,analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of China s vocational law,expounds the legislation situation of China s vocational education,and points out some measures for perfecting China s vocational education law.
