摘要
制定针对职业教育校企合作的法律法规是确保我国职业教育校企合作顺利进行的重要保障。本文梳理了近几年学者们对国内外校企合作立法现状、问题的研究成果,旨在从学理上理清这一问题的研究进展与思路,并提出完善我国职业教育校企合作法律法规体系的建议。
It is a key insurance to make laws and regulations for school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education.This passage collected researching findings about the situation and existent problems of the school-enterprise cooperation now,in order to identify the thread of the issue and make some beneficial suggestion,which can perfect the laws and regulations system of our school-enterprise cooperation.
