摘要
在职业教育领域,我国应逐渐形成以《职业教育法》为总法,以若干职业教育单行法为主体,辅以大量的职业教育行政法规、行政规章、地方性职业教育法规、众多的职业教育相关法律法规,从而形成内容全面、形式完整、协调统一的职业教育法规体系,为职业教育发展提供法制保障。
In the field of vocational education, China should form comprehensive, integral and harmonious vocational education legal system that take Vocational Education Law as the whole law, take several single vocational education laws as the subject and complemented by a mass of administrative laws, administrative rules, local laws and much relative laws and rules to provide legal assurance for the development of vocational education.
