摘要
人才培养模式是教育质量的首要问题,改革人才培养模式是教学改革的核心内容。我国旅游高等教育人才培养面临着挑战,需要从教与学各要素的动态稳定关系及其结构构建基于动态教学的旅游高等教育人才培养模式。
Cultivating mode of talents is the primary problem of educational quality. Reforming the cultivating mode of talents is the core in teaching reform. Dynamic teaching pattern is the dynamic stabilization relationship and structure form of teaching and learning factors in certain environment. In the paper the challenge is analyzed firstly from cultivation Chinese tourism higher education talents. Secondly, the paper expatiates connotation of tourism management dynamic teaching pattern. Lastly, tourism higher education cultivating mode of talents based on dynamic teaching is established from four aspects.
