摘要
本文从研究中国和美国学生在金陵饭店因所受教育不同造成学生对实习项目的感知存在差距分析入手,比较了中美高校实习制度,通过研究笔者认为,实习项目的重视度和系统性的实习项目计划非常重要。为充分发挥实习生的作用,饭店对实习学生要持肯定和欢迎的态度,为学生开创一个有价值的实习项目计划;学校要帮助学生梳理心理状态,教导他们要努力将自己的期望值与现实的差距平衡。
