摘要
自熊彼特提出"创新理论"之后,西方学者在创新理论的研究上取得了很大的进展,提出了技术创新理论、制度创新理论和管理创新理论,形成了较为完整的创新理论体系。对这些理论进行述评,并提出这些理论对建立评价企业创新能力指标体系的指导意义。
Based on Schumpeter＇s innovation theory, western scholars built system info of innovation theories including technological innovation, management innovation and system innovation. This paper reviews these innovation theories and puts forward their significance in appraising the enterprise innovation ability.
