摘要
从知识角度将技术创新能力分为渐进性创新能力和突破性创新能力,并分析了制造商与供应商间显性知识共享和隐性知识共享对制造商的这两种创新能力的影响,最后分析了供应商不同参与时机下双方间的知识共享对制造商创新能力的影响,并建立了概念模型。
From the perspective of knowledge, technology innovation capability is divided into incremental and radical innovation capability. The paper analyzes the influences of visible and invisible knowledge sharing of suppliers on the innovation capabilities of manufacturers. It farther analyzes the effect of the knowledge sharing on the innovation capabilities of manufacturers under different periods of suppliers＇involvement. The paper finally establishes a conceptual model.
