摘要
基于有限元法和模态理论,通过导入驾驶室三维模型,建立了驾驶室的有限元模型,完成了总成的焊接.对东风天龙商用车驾驶室进行了模态分析,得到了驾驶室的固有频率和振型.根据分析结果对驾驶室结构振动特性进行评价.
Based on the finite element and the modality theory, as well as inducting the three-dimensional models of cab, this paper sets up the finite element model of cab's parts and completes the weld of the assembly. Thus, the cabs of Dongfeng Tianlong commercial vehicle are modally analyzed,obtaining the natural frequency and modal shapes of the cabs, and the cab vibration characteristics are also evaluated.
