摘要
通过对某加宽重型货车驾驶室与标杆车驾驶室进行有限元分析,得出两者固有振动特性。经过比较,证明加宽车驾驶室后围局部模态存在问题。于是将加宽车驾驶室进行结构改进,再次进行模态分析,得出改进后加宽车驾驶室动态特性优于标杆车,符合实际生产需要。
Get both natural vibration characteristics,by finite element analysis to a widened heavy duty truck cab and benchmarking car bridge.After comparison,prove widened car existing problems around the after cab in the modal.Improve the widen car in bridge structure and do a modal analysis again.Get the dynamic characteristics of the improved widened car cab is better than that of benchmarking,then it according with actual production needs.
