摘要
在Madymo中建立了乘员约束系统模型,运用实验设计、近似代理模型技术及自适应响应面法对乘员约束系统参数进行优化,使得对乘员的伤害指标值降到最小。仿真结果表明,该优化方法减少了实验次数,节省了计算时间,同时保证了优化精度,优化WIC值减小了24.37%,其他各项指标均在法规要求的范围以内。
Occupant restraint system parameter optimization is a hotspot of modem automotive crash analysis and optimization, and the occupant restraint system crash model is very large, and the calculation is time consuming, bringing some difficulties to optimization design. In this paper, experimental design, surrogate model technology and adaptive response surface method would be used to optimize the parameters of the restraint system. In the case of ensuring optimization accuracy, the computing time is reduced, and the optimization efficiency is improved, it can provide a reference for automotive research in related fields.
