摘要
在阐述了人才培养模式和培养方案概念的基础上,探讨了人才培养模式改革的原则和方向,提出了创新型人才培养模式构建的途径和构建人才培养方案的原则及步骤。
Based on expounding the talent training pattern ＆ training project,discussing the reforming principle and orientation of talent training pattern,and putting forward the building ways of creative talent training pattern. Then, the principle ＆ steps of building talent training project was talked about.
