摘要
为解决塔河油田盐下井后期完井裸眼段长、完井工具难以配套等问题,AT9井实施了一种新的盐下井井身结构,即在同一开次中穿越不同压力体系地层,完钻后结合扩孔、承压堵漏工艺,下入复合套管。通过分析AT9井盐层固井施工难点,提出了具体的技术措施,选用了抗高温抗盐水泥浆及高温隔离液,介绍了固井液的配方及性能。固井施工结果表明,AT9井盐层固井施工顺利,各项指标基本达到设计要求,试压合格,盐膏层段、177.8 mm套管鞋处封固质量为优质;采用的抗高温抗盐水泥浆及隔离液性能满足塔河油田盐膏层井的固井要求,具有推广应用前景。提出了有关优化钻井液性能和管串结构的建议。
Subsalt wells in Block Tahe had long openhole completion sections,and sometimes the configuration of the completion tools was difficult.A new well profile was adopted in Well AT9 in an effort to solve these problems.One interval of Well AT9 penetrated formations of different formation pressures.After this interval was completed,the hole was reamed and mud losses were controlled under pressure,then composite casing strings were set into the hole.This paper analyzes the difficulties cementing the casings in salt formation,and presents specific measures in salt formation casing cementing.Cement slurry formulation and properties are also discussed in this paper.Salt formation casing cementing was done successfully,according to field operation.
