摘要
高温高密度井给提高顶替效率的固井隔离液提出了严峻的挑战。通过选用高分子聚合物,辅助高温稳定剂配制出了密度可达2.4 g/cm3的超高密度隔离液,室内研究表明,该隔离液抗温性能达到175℃,具有很好的悬浮稳定性和流变性,与钻井液和水泥浆有较好的相容性及抗污染性,并能延长水泥浆凝结时间,对固井施工安全有保证作用。通过现场一口钻井液密度达2.05 g/cm3的超深井固井应用,固井施工顺利,水泥浆返高界面清晰,过渡段短,水泥环胶结良好,固井质量合格。
A high density cementing spacer having a density of 2.4 g/cm3 was formulated with a selected high MW polymer and a secondary high temperature stabilizer.This spacer can be used in laboratory experiment at temperatures as high as 175 ℃,still with very good suspension capacity and rheology,and other advantages.It is compatible with commonly used drilling fluids and cement slurries and has high contamination tolerance.This spacer was tried in an ultra deep well drilled with a drilling fluid having a density of 2.05 g/cm3.The top of the returned cement had a very clear interface,and the transition zone was thin.
