Sealing technology of giant thick gypsum-salt layer in Jialingjiang Formation

摘要 川东北地区海相嘉陵江组地层具有埋藏深、普遍存有大段膏盐层等特点,并且含高压水层和气层或气水同层,在钻井过程中发生缩卡事故、井壁失稳垮塌,甚至出现盐岩的塑性流动、挤毁套管等复杂情况,给钻井和固井施工带来了严重的难题。在分析巨厚盐膏层的特点和对固井工程产生的危害的基础上,着重论述盐膏层固井的工艺难点和措施,通过使用优良的盐水水泥浆体系、合理的井身结构和高抗挤毁厚壁套管等措施,满足了川东北地区固井规范技术要求,取得了良好的现场应用效果。 The marine Jialingjiang Formation in northeastern Sichuan has the characteristics of deep burial depth, widespread existence of a large number of gy-psum-salt beds, and contains high-pressure water and gas or gas-water beds. Shrinkage accidents,instability and collapse of sides of nfine shaft, even plastic flow of salt rock, casing collapse and other complex conditions occur in the drilling and ce menting process. A serious problem has come. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the extremely thick salt-gy-psum layer and its harm to cementing engineering, this paper emphatically discussed the technical difficulties and measures of cementing in the salt-gypsum layer, such as the use of excellent salt water cement slurrysystem, reasonable well bore structure and high anti-collapse thick-wall casing,etc. The above measures meet the technical requirements of cementing codes in northeastern Siehuan and have achieved good field application results.
