摘要
使用常规水泥浆固膏盐层,由于水泥石与地层胶结质量差,易造成层间窜流,膏盐层水化而引起地层蠕变,产生巨大的地层应力使套管变形,甚至发生套管挤毁或错断,缩短油气井使用寿命.华北石油田钻井工艺研究院研制出了抗盐系列Ⅲ型(ZJ-3、ZK-3、ZH-3)和Ⅳ型(ZJ-4、ZK-4、ZH-4)油井水泥外加剂,并开发出了相应的抗盐水泥浆体系.Ⅲ、Ⅳ系列油井水泥外加剂具有优良的抗盐性能,ZJ-3能抗18%的盐水、ZJ-4能抗26%的盐水;可有效地降低水泥浆失水量至50mL,并具有稳定的缓凝作用,缓凝剂加量和稠化时间的线性关系优良,稠化阶段过渡时间曲线呈直角;该外加剂能满足1000~6000 m、井温为50~160℃的各种类型、各种水质的油气井固井施工.该抗盐水泥浆体系已在华北油田推广使用,固井质量全部优质,其中家59井膏盐层固井获明星工程奖,该井现已生产运行1年以上没有发生问题.
Casings in gypsum-salt rock is easy to be destroyed by poor bonding quality when the conventional cment slurries are used. To produce better salt resisting cement slurry, the Drilling Technology Research Institute of CNPC Huabei Petroleum developed series of salt resisting agents and relavent slurry system for gypsum-salt rock cementing. Of the agnets, both the seriesⅢ and the series Ⅳ exhibit excellent salt resisting ability, for example, the fluid loss reducer ZJ-3 and ZJ-4 work well in 18% and 26% NaCl solutionrespectively. The fluid loss of correspomding slurry can be reduced to less than 50 mL, and the thichening curve showes good linear function of retarder addition, with very short transit time. Further more, the agnets are qualified for cementing all oil/gas wells of 50~160 ℃ at depth of 1000~6000 m. The relavant salt-resisting cement slurry has been widely used in Huabei oilfield with good cementing quality achieved in all the wells, especially in gypsum-salt rock of Jia59 well, no problems arise after a year's production.
