摘要
多主元高熵合金是一种新型的合金,具有许多优越的性能。通过电弧熔炼法制备了AlFeCuCoNiCrTi1.5高熵合金,并在不同温度下进行退火处理,利用XRD、SEM以及洛氏硬度仪分析了它在不同的退火温度处理后的组织及硬度变化,结果表明随着退火温度的逐渐升高,该合金中的相除了长大其组织结构保持不变,但是其硬度值会越来越高,到了1000℃甚至达到了61.5HRC。另外,利用阳极极化法测试了铸态下AlFeCuCoNiCrTi1.5高熵合金在0.5MH2SO4溶液和1MNaCl溶液中的电化学性能,极化曲线表明,在0.5MH2SO4溶液中的,与304不锈钢相比,该合金具有较低的腐蚀速率;在1MNaCl溶液,该合金的腐蚀速率与304不锈钢相当,但是其耐点蚀的能力要优于304不锈钢。
Multi-component high-entropy alloy is a new type of alloy with many superior properties. AlFeCuCoNi- CrTi1.5 high-entropy alloy was prepared by arc melting method and then annealed at different temperatures. The annealed microstructure transformation and annealed hardness at different temperatures were examined by using XRD, SEM and Rockwell Apparatus. The result showed that, by increasing the annealing temperature, there is no morphology changes of other phases except that the crystal grain would increase, but its hardness would be higher and higher. When the annealing temperature is up to 1000℃, the hardness of the alloy can keep 61.5HRC. Simultaneously, the electrochemical corrosion of as-cast AlFeCuCoNiCrTi1.5 high-entropy alloy in 0. 5MH2SO4 solution and 1MNaCl solution were examined by anodic polarization. The polarization curves show that the alloy has lower corrosion rate than 304 stainless steel in 0. 5MH2SO4 solution. In 1MNaCl solution, the corrosion rate of the alloy is similar to that of 304 stainless steel, but their pitting corrosion resistance is better than that of 304 stainless steel.
