摘要
通过XRD、SEM、EDS分析及显微硬度测试,研究了不同Ti含量的AlCoCrNiSiTix高熵合金微观组织结构与力学性能。结果表明:AlCoCrNiSiTix高熵合金主要以bcc1+bcc2两相共存,其中bcc1为AlNi固溶体,bcc2为CrSi固溶体。随着Ti元素的添加,合金中出现了少量Ni3Ti金属间化合物;合金铸态组织形态呈树枝晶状,微观组织中Al、Ni、Ti主要存在于枝晶内,Cr、Si主要偏析于枝晶间;同时合金硬度显著提高。
The effects of Ti content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlCoCrNiSiTix high-entropy alloys were investigated by XRD, SEM, EDS and microhardness testing. The results reveal that there are bcc1 and bcc2 phase mainly in AlCoCrNiSiTix high-entropy alloys. The bcc1 is AlNi solid solution structure and the bcc2 is CrSi solid solution structure. A small' amount of Ni3Ti intermetallic compound is found in the alloys and the as-cast microstructure of the alloys generates dendritic crystal when Ti is added. A1, Ni, Ti mainly exist in the dendritic crystal and Cr, Si elements segregates in the interdendritic region of the as-cast microstructure. The hardness of AlCoCrNiSiTix alloy dramatically improves with the Ti content increasing.
