摘要
金属圆锯片属于面积较大的薄板类零件,其在锯切加工过程中普遍存在着严重的振动问题。为提高圆锯片的锯切性能,降低其工作时的振动,在对圆锯片振动分析及其试验模态理论研究和试验分析的基础上,对比两种不同基体结构圆锯片的固有特性,分析其固有频率及振型的变化,推断基体上开减振孔对锯片整体性能,尤其是对圆锯片振动特性的的影响。试验证明,开减振孔锯片可有效降低圆锯片的振动,为圆锯片降低振动的结构设计及基体冲孔的优化设计提供理论指导。
In order to improve the performance of the circular saw blade and reduce its working vibration,on the basis of theoretical vibration analysis and modal experiment investigation,the inherent characteristics of two different structures of circular saws were compared and the changes of their natural frequencies and vibration modes were analysed to inspect,the effects of opening an damping hole on the overall performance,especially on the vibration behavior of the saw blade.Experiment shows that opening an damping hole can reduce the vibration effectively.All these can provide theoretical guidance for the structural and optimal design to reduce the vibration of the circular saw blade.
