摘要
结构动力学是研究结构系统动态特性的一门科学技术,随着现代研究理论和方法的发展,它越来越多地应用于航天飞机、机器人、车辆等很多机械设备的设计和研究中。为研究新型、复杂的大型矿山机械设备——惯性圆锥破碎机,应用结构动力学方法,将研究对象划分为由联结的部件或单一零件组成的子件,建立了振动微分方程;使用模态分析方法,求解了系统的模态广义质量矩阵和模态刚度矩阵。在求出系统的固有频率和振型矩阵后,通过正则变换使方程解耦,并进行反变换,得出系统的稳态简谐响应。
Structural dynamics is a technology of studying structural system's dynamic characteristics. Along with development of the modem research theory and method, it is more and more applied to the design and study of many machines as aerospace craft, robot, vehicles and so on. The structural dynamics is used to study inertia cone crusher, a large-type complicated late-model mine-machine. The differential equations of vibrating are proposed based on dividing object into several parts composed by coupling assembly or element. The solution of modal generalized mass matrix and modal rigidity matrix are achieved with modal analysis. Steady simple harmonic response of system is achieved based on the equations are decoupled with canonical transformation and inverse transformation is carried on after natural frequency and modal matrix are achieved.
