摘要
论述了现代农业的概念与内涵,从提高农业劳动生产率和农业劳动者文化素质,促进经济良性循环,支撑和保障农业和国民经济发展,促进农业劳动力转移和农民收入提高等方面,阐述了农业机械化与建设现代农业的关系。分析了我国农业机械化发展现状和存在的主要问题,提出促进我国农业机械化发展的政策措施。
The conception and intension of modern agriculture were described and defined, the relationship between agricultural mechanization and modern agriculture was expounded, and the agricultural mechanization status and the exited problems in China were analyzed. The policies and the measures for promoting agricultural mechanization develop in China were recommended in this paper.
