摘要
切割机圆盘锯片在工件加工、切割领域扮演着极其重要的角色,其中齿数和齿高尤为重要,两者对锯齿工作应力和锯片基体固有频率有着较大的影响。在SolidWorks软件模拟仿真的基础上,通过对不同齿数、齿高的锯片在受载处静应力的分析及对锯片基体固有频率随两者变化规律的探究,得知在每齿切削量不变的情况下,随着齿数、齿高的增加,锯齿在受载处的最大应力值、位移值均有所增加;随着齿数的增加,锯片基体的固有频率却在减小,但减小的幅度较小,即齿数对固有频率的影响较小;随着齿高的增加,锯片基体的固有频率在增加且增加的幅度较大,即齿高对基体固有频率的影响较大。文中所得到的分析结论,可为实际生产单位合理选择锯片种类提供理论依据。
The circular saw blade of the cutting machine plays an extremely important role in the field of workpiece processing and cutting.The number of teeth and the height of the teeth are particularly important,which both have a greater impact on the working stress of the saw tooth and the natural frequency of the saw blade.On the basis of SolidWorks software simulation,through the analysis of the static stress of saw blades with different tooth numbers and tooth heights at the load position,and research on the law of natural frequency of saw blade base body changing with both,it is known that under the condition of the same cutting amount per tooth,as the number of teeth and tooth height increases,the maximum stress value and displacement value of the saw tooth at the load position increase.As the number of teeth increases,the natural frequency of the saw blade base decreases.But the magnitude of the decrease is small.So the number of teeth has a small effect on the natural frequency.With the increase of the tooth height,the natural frequency of the saw blade base increases and the increase is larger.The tooth height has a greater influence on the natural frequency of the base.The analysis conclusions obtained can provide a theoretical basis for the actual production unit to reasonably select the types of saw blades.
